Why India has not improved in the field of medicine?

Written By Vignesh on Sunday, August 23, 2009 | 1:16 PM

Being one of the fast developing nation in the world, India is still behind in the medical practices. Am sure my statement needs no proof. We don’t have adequate medical facilities, some hospitals even lack doctors and basic medicines.

In this state now we are facing a problem from medicine field, and its named swine FLU, and technically named H1N1. Am not going to talk as from where swine FLU came and all stuff. I have certain questions and I have some answers too.

Medicine is our life saver, we all know that, In that case why dint government take steps to import all latest medical equipments? Are at least why it dint bother to give full import tax exceptions on such equipments made?

When government has funds to import air crafts from America, Russia and Israel why dint it buy medicines from these countries? Is medicine not given importance even as we give to our defence?

Lets come to today’s hot and happening topic, swine FLU. Let’s take the case of Chennai, we have only four hospitals to treat swine FLU and day by day the cases are reporting high in number. Till date we have lost 3 lives.

Is there any precautions that can stop us from getting affected from this Swine FLU? Yeah of course we have, what is it? swine FLU mask!!! Happy to hear it right? Sorry your happiness won’t stay long. The cost of this mask is Rs.60, but they are sold at Rs.150 that too without bill.

When enqiured about this to the medical shop owners, their reply was killing. Auto man charge you more, when you are in an emergency, Even a police bribe you when we over speed in cases of emergency, what is wrong is we charging more?
Auto man does not charge for taking pregnant women to hospitals. A police first makes way to a rushing ambulance, but you medical shop people even if it’s a emergency you people give the tablets slowly. You kill people.

A report says medical shop owners are indulged in increasing artificial demand for these products. Really shocking.

Its only the government its not only the medical shop people its also us who are responsible for this. We people spend a lot to buy what we wish, but we don’t think this will create a demand and will increase price in one way, where by people who have less spending power can’t afford to buy even if it’s a life saver.

We shall make sure that we don’t buy any product more than MRP (maximum retail price). So that artificial demand will be curtailed. Having all this unhealthy inhuman practices we can never even dream of becoming a super power.

HATHWAY's days ends in chennai

Written By Vignesh on Thursday, July 30, 2009 | 1:16 PM

Bye Chennai- said HATHWAY. What for? I don’t know, if you please say me. However I have a few guess as why HATHWAY has quit one of the fast developing cities of India. HATHWAY one of the biggest cable network provider and internet service provider is no way a exception to our corrupted politics and politicians.

HATHWAY’s cable network was the first say good bye. In the month of July their cable connections were cut without any ado. Even their customers were not informed about this service cut. When enquired about the cable to the help line, their executives said “political reason”. Due to some political reasons they were not able to continue their service in Chennai. HATHWAY has got no reasons to lie as such.

It’s to be noted that HATWAY gave free set top box to all its customers. The free set top boxes were costing around 50 core rupees. Here I get a doubt. SCV and SUN direct being the two biggest cable operators in the TAMIL NADU, has a greater political influence which is a known fact.

Being the biggest cable operator and highly influenced group they might have wished their rival HATHWAY must not grow and thus they would built up some political pleasure and would have made HATHWAY to run off from the cite. Would this have happened?

However HATHWAY was neither allowed to carry its internet service providing. Their cables were cut down in all parts of the city and thus customers of HATHWAY were not able to use. Agitated customers who called the customer care and screamed were very softly answered to send the modems and to get their money back.

This time their executives have not given any reason, for this sudden termination of service. However my crocked brain has taught something.

HATHWAY’s internet cable being cut they have not filed any complaint with the police, said police sources. But why? Being one of the largest internet service provider why dint HATHWAY resort to the help of Chennai police?

Are there any chances for our rusted politicians to order our cops, not to take any complaint from HATHWAY? Mmmm I guess there are many chance for this to happen. These bloody politicians are never going to do anything good, its certain. But why do they poke their nose in the field of business? Money? Will it be for money?
What so ever its, we are the ultimate loss bearers.

Adieu HATHWAY.

Budget analysis

Written By Vignesh on Friday, July 24, 2009 | 1:15 PM

Now, we are in the financial year 09-10. The most awaited big economic happening has take place. Yeah, it is the budget, budget for the year 09-10. There are many reviews popping up for this budget. In this juncture, as an economy interested person, I taught of giving my views to my readers.

I echo the views of many people. I do say this budget is a total non sense. I will explain my points to you with the current economic happening itself.

1) As soon as the budget was announced the stock exchange fell. Do you know why? It was not given proper attention in budget. It seems F.M forgot stock exchange rates the countries financial strength and credit rating in some way are other.

2) The taxes on the price of luxuries were reduced. Do you think this is a good move? On the first instance it may seem so but not is my point. When you reduce taxes on luxuries even a lay man who cannot afford to buy it will push himself for it. He may adopt for loan are something which he will be repaying with interest. Means most of his salary is used for the luxury.

3) The daily use Dahl’s and other substance rates are highly increased. Dhal which was costing nearly Rs.50 has now come to Rs.70 plus. I feel even Rs.50 is high but now it’s Rs.70, which is too high. Here I would like to say you one thing guys, you know what, all eatables in Australia is very cheap so that every common may can consume it, every luxury is costly which can be consumed only if you push your self’s hard for it.

Another big point is that this is first time India has prepared a budget for Rs. 1020838 Crore of Rupees. I don’t understand one major thing, that’s having a huge sum of deficit what is this government going to do? Increase tax amount? In that case what is the cause in reducing tax rates now? Whom is this government trying to fool?

Government cannot print notes for the deficit because it will spoil the value of the currency of the nation. I have another few more questions
When the last budget was presented the deficit up to which a note can be printed was 2.5%, why it was suddenly raised to 6.5% this year?
I don’t know the answer for my questions but am sure, nothing is clear in this budget. I term this budget has unrealistic, ambiguous useless budget. This budget is only favoring high class people and it has no schemes of improvement for the lower middle class are middle class people.

INFORMATION SALE

Written By Vignesh on Friday, July 17, 2009 | 1:14 PM

This article will surely increase your anger, frustration, what so ever its. However you need to bare it, as I did when I found this information. We all get calls from some unknown numbers asking for loans, are some insurance etc. do you know how these spammers get our numbers? I know it. This article is all about INFORMATION SALE.

All the personal information which you give to banks for opening an account, to get loans or information given by you to your mobile phone Company to get a mobile connection is available in public domains for a small price. If it’s available there then think who give it? Yeah that’s true, your bankers, your mobile companies’ give all your personal information’s to these spammers.

These spammers need not search spending all their time, it is advertised in a simple manner, “ 50,000 salaried and self employed database is available for sale with 100% accuracy for just Rs.2,500” you may think are our personal information only worth this much? Of course no but they are available that cheap.

I here would like to say one thing to you all, the message which you get from unknown numbers don’t just know your number alone, they know all information’s about you and that’s why you get sorts of messages from these spammers.
Hope by now you’re already in shock, here I come with a big bang for you all. I am sure this out of your guess and much out of your belief too. It’s nothing but even the service tax department has jumped into this business. One of the spammer said each number cost Re.1 for us, and we have more than 2000 numbers. All these people earn nearly Rs. 200,000 per month. These information’s are 100% true because this is given to us by service tax department.

Another spammer says we get information’s from banks mostly and customer care of mobile companies. Thus we contact those numbers speak with them and get our business done. There are software’s available at a cheap rate which can spend even 3000 SMS within minutes.

What is making pathetic is that we don’t need any type of license to run such a business. This shows how week we are in cyber laws (i.e. computer and internet based crimes). Be careful In choosing your bankers as well as mobile companies.

Factoring an essential service

Written By Vignesh on Friday, July 10, 2009 | 1:14 PM

I never knew there is a service named factoring till last month. I am sure even most of the business people don’t know such a service exists in India. When I came to know about this service I wanted to know more about it and made some researches to know what it is, and at last I found out that factoring is a service, which Indian business people are unaware of, by which their profit margin declined to a negligible extent.

First of all let me explain you what is factoring. A agreement is entered between the producer of the goods and the factor, the agreement is that, the producer will produce goods and sell them to the seller and in return the factor will give 80% of the invoice value to the producer and will give the rest 20% of the invoice value after the supplier remits his 100% payment to the factor.

Explaining you with an example, assume A as a Producer, B Factor, and C Buyer. A produces goods and sends it to C, the goods worth 100,000. A and B will enter into an agreement. Agreement is that as soon as C sends the acceptance of the invoice and goods A will remit it to the B (I. e the factor), the factor in return will give A Rs. 80000. The balance 20000 will be given by the factor only after he receives 100,000 from C. Factor will charge a small amount as commission from the producer for his service rendered.

Advantages of Factoring
• No needs to borrow money from banks are any other financial institutions for the purpose of working capital.
• As there is no need of any loans the credit worthiness of the producer will increase and goodwill will have indirect effect of increase.
• The factor in a few days will tend to know the clients of the producer and so he may warn the producer about the credit worthiness of that client.
• A factor being professional he know how to get the money from the buyer in case if he does not return it in time
• As we assign the bills receivable department to the factor, our work burden is reduced.

Having all such advantages one may think why factoring has not gained popularity in India! Even I had the same doubt, but I dint stay with that doubt, my research continued to know the reasons behind why factoring has not gained a point in India.
Indian law does not support factoring service. In simple terms, there is no separate law to govern factoring services. In case of any problems legal action is nearly impossible. Those companies which take up factoring service are considered as non banking finance company (NBFC), so if there is a loss they cannot recover their money through Debt Recovery Tribunal OR Securitization Act, which again make people think twice to start factoring services in India and business persons to go for this service.

When Indian government can make laws for all useless shits, why can’t they make a law governing factoring service? Why is this area totally neglected by government of India? As in all cases a bill was drafted nearly 6 years ago to protect this frame work but it’s yet to pass the parliament.

Why can’t government such good bills soon and make them as laws? By making this factoring service as a legal one, which is don’t by giving factoring a legal frame work for its support surely the economy of the nation is going to improve. Ask me how?

If the business persons can get their working capital back in no time then they need not get loans and pay interest, means they will have money in hand. If this is the case the business in India will surely improve at a faster rate, because as the business men have money they may tend to invest and double it where by employment will be created and there will be a circulation of money.
Thus I prefer factoring as an essential service and this is the area to be enlightened by the Indian government. Let’s try to take the necessary steps possible.

college capitation and economy are inter related

Written By Vignesh on Friday, July 3, 2009 | 1:13 PM

This is one of the hot and happening topics in most of the places in India. Mainly this topic has a lot to do with a state named Tamil Nadu in India. Ok, don’t try too hard folks am here to tell it. It’s all about college capitation, in other words donation, in legal words illegal collection money from the students for their admission.

This topic has a greater economic importance. Yeah I understand, now you people must have started thinking why i always bringing in economics for everything? Will make it clear, finance is the life line of everything. Without money there is nothing in this world, and for every lay man money is an exhaustible resource. We people try to make choice with the money what we have in hand, and making choice is what is economics. So indirectly economics rules this world. Like it or not.

Coming back to the topic, why are these parents very much curious about their children’s education? I don’t mean to say that parents must not be curious, but why is that you people are spending as much as 20 lakh rupees for your son or daughters education. Most of the parents reply that mark they scored is not enough to join in a good engineering college. In that case why your making your child join in a good college?

You may say many reasons, am not concerned about all that, my point here is very different and again its economy related one. If a man can pay 20 lakhs for this son are daughter as donation, that too without getting bills form the institution then am sure the 20 lakhs paid by him is not a taxed money, in other terms black money.

Here I would like to clear one thing black money is not the money which is black in color, the money which is not taxed is otherwise called black money. Fine, if one parent is able to pay 20 lakh for their son’s admission, and then just imagine the amount of money which he has, also just imagine how many fathers are there these ways to make payments.

You know what; they are indirectly bringing the educational standard of the country to a lower level. This type of admissions leaves a simple mark on the students mind, pay money get anything what you need. This is not the way a student must grow. This is not a healthy sign for a growing nation.
On the other day two of my friends were speaking,
Friend1: my college is charging Rs. 16 lakhs for admission
Friend2: my college is charging Rs. 20 lakhs for management seats.
Is this way to impart education? Hell!!! In NETHERLANDS education is provided at free of cost, am not asking the government to give it at free of cost, at least it must try to curtail all this donations which decides the seat of students.

Government alone cannot handle this problem, students and parents must open their eyes to see their mistakes, and they must come out of the vicious circle of money makes everything. Money is very important I do agree but money is not everything.

If you people can stand united to say no capitation, then let’s see how colleges charge this capitation. You must also understand one thing all this money is yours, hard earned, don’t dump all them in the hands of money launderers.

All J.P.R institutions get money to admit students, this is an open secret, what did the government do for this? Nothing, they won’t do anything because he would have filled the pockets of government officials too..
How is all this happening? Because of parents like you!!! Wake up; don’t take the country to wrong path. Education must be made as a right, like right to speech. Never give your money to idiots like this. They will either provide your child a good education nor will pay tax and give government a good income to serve people. So, friends, let’s stop this from today. Let not make INDIA, as MONDIA. Let not money come in front and lead us. Let us lead the money. Don’t let papers rule.

My solution to RECESSION

Written By Vignesh on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 | 1:12 PM

Again this post is all about economics. True economic interested people try to go till the bottom of this post. Here I come with a solution for the current economic problem. I first assume that all reading this post know the current economic condition. For the one who does not know, here it is

Now the world economy is facing a problem called RECESSION. What is this RECESSION? Might be your next question, I will say you. No economy in this world is static, means every economy is growing. Of course growth rate differs from economy to economy, to make very simply, growth rate differs from country to country according to their policy and political moves.

We must also know one thing that is; no country in the world is self sufficient. We always depend on others for some reasons are for other. Reasons may be anything, food, clothing, defense, etc. but we depend.

Now I suppose you learnt what recession is. Recession may occur to own country, are to all the countries in the world, are to major economic players. If one single nation faces this recession, major economies can join together to bring the nation out, are the nation by itself by formulating its own economic policies can come out of recession.

What will happen if all the countries in this world get affected because of this economic shut down, in other words known as recession? This is the real situation in this world now. No economy is growing at a required rate.
The growth rate is negative are in decimal points. Really problematic. You may ask what if all the nations grow slowly? What if a child who is 10 yrs old has the brain of 1 yr old kid? Problems right? That is what will happen if the countries grow slow.

Here I have a solution to this recession. This recession is because there is no money in the hands of business men and people who want to invest money in some assets. Then where is all the money? It’s with banks and other financial institutions.

I would suggest banks to lend money to promising business men at a low rate of interest, so that, they will eagerly get money, develop their business, give employment and circulate money in the hands of needed.
As the interest rates are low, the business people will show more interest in expansion of business and with that expansion and all upgrading stuff, they will earn profits, out of which they will be bound to pay the interest and amount borrowed.

Simple is it not? Yeah it is. Now what we need to do is circulate money, spend. With an simple example, if A is a person who is earning 1000$ and if he had been saving 100$ all these days, he must start saving 50$ and start spending all the amount.
in other words cut down your saving to half, spend all the money circulate money, make money available in the hands of all, and problem is solved. You may question me, what if the business men are not able to make profit? There are chances for heavy loss. However , a promising business man who has really good projects with him wont fail. How to find if he is capable business man? Very simple, all these days banks where giving loans, just after getting and having a over view on the projects submitted by business persons. From now on start scrutinizing the projects with almost care and give loans.

Thus my solution to this problem is spend, spend, spend. Circulate money. Make money available to all than having it yourself without any outcome.

E- Waste Growing as a Silent Killer

This is one among the topics which I always wanted to share with my readers. We all are aware of the gadgets which we get every day from pin to ship, we all use those gadgets in optimum way. How many of us have disposed them in a the it should be done? Not even a hand few is my answer. Would you like say an opposite answer to this? I don’t think you will.

Technology is improving day by day. As it improves even the hazards are improving. The best place to buy electronics in India, in Chennai is Simpson’s kasturi building and Ritchie Street. Perhaps these are the best place to get all electronic goods at a cheep cost.

Why don’t we spend a few min’s in knowing what is happening around us? That to from the electronic items what we use!!! We all know how a computer works, but how many of us know how a computer is made?

A huge cathode ray tube (CRT) full of lead and electronic parts which are made from metals mainly like copper, gold etc are mixed with high toxic chemicals and are printed in circuit boards shortly termed (IC). When these computers are disposed they make heavy environmental pollution

Of course computers are not often disposed, we may say, but the argument a void one. We all know by the time we bill our electronic product, it becomes old. In such a case saying we don’t dispose our computers often won’t hold good. If not for computers at least for cell phones it holds good.

With the new innovation and inventions happening in the mobile world, we get a time where we run out of spares for our old mobile phones and we get a new one disposing the old. I have come across this a few times. Hope you also should have come across such a problem.

With the increasing technological advancement in communication sector especially, the tones of e waste being produced are increasing high in numbers steadily. What have we done to control this? How many of us are aware of these facts? Not even a hand full I suppose.

Some of the developed western countries coolly export their e waste. They often forget they are exporting harm to the society. There are evidences for some of the western countries exporting its e waste to china.

Civil society organization reports that there is threat for Chennai port too. The so called developing countries are trying to export their harm, their hazard to us by the name of e waste. If there is such an attempt then Indian government must surely stop this.

Those companies which sell their components are not ready to get back their own products when their obsolete. Might be this is not their job, but to help environment they must do it. Not all papers are waste. Same way not all companies are against environment. Nokia the leader of today’s mobile world has signed its first by back of its old hand sets in India.

Knowing to use the technology is a good attempt to improve knowledge, knowing how to dispose it in a proper way will be a good service for our nation. At least from now we shall try to dispose the waste in a proper way.

Child Marriage - A Sin

Written By Vignesh on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 | 1:11 PM

There are few things which are free of cast, religion and all other differences. One such thing is marriage. We select our life partner. We select them either by being with them are by knowing about them by some source. Marriage is a common aspect.

Is child marriage a common aspect? With technology even our marriages are growing. With the advent of internet and websites, there are many matrimony website which says us the details about life partner. Coming to the point, can you believe my words that, in some part of India the most sinful of act of child marriage is still prevailing!!! I know you all will like to close your tab because you may feel am lying something to increase my website rating. Am sorry your thought is wrong. In India, in Tamil Nadu, in kirshnagiri district the worst act of child marriage still prevails.

Before I say you about the problem I will give a brief description about this place. This is an economically, as well as educationally backward region. Most of the people here are uneducated, and am sure it’s very tough to find a graduate in this lot.I feel you have understood why the problem is there in this part of the nation. It’s worst to know that when the world is moving fast with education and other stuffs there is still a backward part where some unbearable activities still persists.
Can you believe if I say a girl who is studding in class 12 has a 10 months baby? Certainly not I suppose. Even I was like you when I saw the girl. You can say it was only one girl, but it was not so.
Oh god!!! I suffered a great shock when I saw as much as 30 such students who are married at the age of 15 and 17 and even below. Much more heart breaking news was that mostly every one had their own child.

India is a highly populated country. When it comes to Olympics we never score gold. We have just now opened our account. Why is this so? I have a strong point. It’s also because of child marriage. Yes of course I have a something to support to my point.
A girl, who was married at the age of 16, was a state level sports women. If we stop all this talents from growing not only gold we cant win even a bronze medal am sure. Don’t we have any act preventing this sinful action?
We certainly have, but then what is the use? Nothing!!! Not only this mostly no act is functioning in full flow in this sub continent. We have a lot rules and regulations but even a hand few are not know by the people. That’s the major reason for all this social evils.
Every one loves to get married. Every one wishes to have a kid but when they are kid am sure. Child marriage is the most uncultured action. Please stop it, are else you will be behind the bars. Don’t develop a handicapped society. Stop this social evil.

child trafficking day!!!

Written By Vignesh on Friday, June 5, 2009 | 1:10 PM

Bookmark and Share SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend

Hello readers, it’s been a long time since we exchanged our views through my blog. Hope it’s more than a month. I was bit busy all these days with my bloody exams. You know, the university where am put up at is the world’s worst one and the name of it is madras university. If you are interested in knowing more about it, see this blog, www.cricoholic.blogspot.com.

This article is certainly not about my bloody university. This topic is not related to economy too. But it has got some economic importance. I don’t know how many of you people are aware of child trafficking. I am sure not many know about this and how big this offense is.

Before getting into the topic we shall first know what is child trafficking. Child trafficking can be simply said as recruiting, transporting, abusing children for sex are for some other cause which has some monetary value.

This problem of child trafficking is gaining some importance in India now a days, just because child trafficking has already invaded our country and working at a high velocity. We are coming across many cases in our country and one among them is, RANI a 17 yr old girl form VARANASI, who was sold to 40 yr old man for Rs. 10000, and her land was taken away, when walked into the police station, there she was sexually abused.

This is just one incident in the past, this is not the only one. A boy from ORISSA who was sold for RS. 15000. He had worked in Chennai for the past 2 yrs where he had not been paid are feed properly. This is a growing problem in our nation, is it not?

How to solve this? To solve this we need the cause. Behind every case of child trafficking we can hear a sad story, those stories will have one thing in common that is poverty, ignorance, and innocence, so this is the common case in child trafficking.

If a crime is done and if the person who committed the crime claims that, he did it because, he dint know the law it will not be accepted by the court, because it’s the duty of every person to know law. If it’s so, then is it not the duty of the court and the government to impart law? I feel it is!!! But we Indians neither know the laws, are the rule that mistakes cannot be overlooked as the man who committed the crime does not know the law. Very fatal is it not?

So only way to stop all this crime is impart law to the people. You may ask me, how you’re saying imparting law will stop criminals from committing the crime. Of course it won’t stop criminals, I will tell you with an example, let’s take the case of child trafficking, in this case if the parents had known that its wrong to sell children, are if they had known that it’s illegal to make minors work they would have not sent them to work either they would have not sold them.

Economic problem of this child trafficking are,

The owners pay children a much lesser wage, some even don’t play, thus the get cheap labor, in other terms labor exploitation, if this continuous then every businessman will try doing this, where only poverty will vest in the country after some years.

Thus it’s time to join our hand together to stop child trafficking. We shall mark this day as the day of child trafficking. We shall bring up and enforce new laws and impart those laws to everyone in the country. We shall stop child trafficking.

$1trillion Economic Deal

Written By Vignesh on Thursday, April 2, 2009 | 1:09 PM

LONDON: World leaders agreed a trillion-dollar deal on Thursday to combat the deepest economic downturn since the Great Depression.

At a G20 summit, they also signed off on plans to commission blacklists of tax havens and tighten financial rules to bring hedge funds and credit rating agencies under closer supervision.

British prime minister said that the world has come together to fight against recession not with words but also with a plan... of course he was correct here were starting our war against the economic shut down.

The world share market saw a positive outcome, with the shares of United Kingdom was up by 5%, japan gained 4.4%, and even NASDAQ gained 4%. All these increase in world share markets shows us some positive out come form this huge problem what we are facing now.

A new one trillion dollar will be created to solve the problem of great recession. The funds will be created International Monetary Fund(IMF). This will include $250 billion IMF reserve fund called Special drawing rights.

The G20 has also come out with a supporting hand for trade, with its new $250 billion financial package, for the next 2 years. In order to bring world economy to a proper track G20 injected 1.1 trillion.

The group has also plan the increase the IMF funds up to $750 billion. That is the Group has planned increase $500 billion in IMF funds. Out of which all the nations can get some support from IMF for its improvement.

With all this happenings, we can surely come out this attack. German and France has come out saying that spending wont solve this problem, only a tight financial norm can solve this issue out.

hip hip hurray!!! to RBI---ATM(Any teller machine)

Here am, with an interesting hot news for you all. We all have an account and an ATM card. Those cards are provided for us to withdraw money at any time. However the purpose of these cards were not solved in full, because having an ATM card of one bank you can not withdraw money in another bank.

It was not possible because of 2 main reasons,
1. Not all the banks were interconnected with each other, that is, one banks ATM card will not be accepted by other bank.
2. The surcharges, that is, every withdrawal will of money with some other bank will be charged considerably.
To make my point more clear, if u are a account holder of KVB and if you withdraw from INDIAN BANK you will be charged Rs.20 for Rs.10

With the above two points we were literally worried to withdraw our money from banks.
you need not feel for these reasons from now. From today(1st april 09) you can walk into any bank withdraw cash without any charges.

Some banks charged as high as Rs. 57 for every single transaction, which was then reduced by Rs. 20 by Reserve Bank of India which came into immediate effect with all banks.

RBI gave guidelines to all banks to operate free ATM all over the nation from 1st april 2009. This is a great move by RBI. We need not pay extra charges to withdraw our own money.

There might be some glitches in the beginning in withdrawal but its really a good move. On 1st April which is considered to be a new year of every accountant RBI has came out with a brilliant suggestion which will really be useful.

As often some banks have refused to agree to this free withdrawal issue, but i firmly believe that Reserve bank of India wont be partial and it will implement its decision in full flow from today( 1st April 09).From now its not Automatic Teller machine, its Any teller machine.

American president OBAMA’s dreams

I doubt whether American president has the habit of speaking while sleeping!!! Might be Mrs. OBAMA can answer it. Am sure friends after reading this article in full you will get the same doubt. However it’s my duty to appreciate his confidence that America will recover.

OBAMA has pledged to lead the nation from the disasters times to a bright future. He has been telling this since before he took the post of president, and till now nothing has changed including his speech. I don’t think all this pledging and other words won’t give change to the economy of United States of America.

Weight of the depression is not a parameter to determine the destiny of the nation claims the new American president. If so, I would request you sir, to say what will determine the nation’s destiny?

He went on adding jokes that, America will emerge stronger than it was before. I think
He forgot a point that American economy is always the weakest economy. If it had been strong depression would have not affected this much I feel.

OBAMA continued to prove that he is a good orator. He claimed Americans are not quitters. It’s their time to take charge to make a great future and on and on… he said the problem can be solved if the country comes together. I suppose money is needed here to solve the problem. That’s what all other world leaders are saying might be we all are wrong.

The new American president proved he is a good politician by blaming his predecessor. The old government failed to tap new energy sources. It would be better if this government dose something use full instead of blaming others.

He claimed that his $787 billion plan is the first step to solve this great depression. He also said if the plan is executed flawlessly it can create or save up to 3.5 million jobs. His words flawlessly makes me doubt weather will this be executed in a proper way.

On the whole I feel the American president Mr. BARACK OBAMA has unveiled his dream about his nation and nothing else. It will be really nice to see a dream come true. Especially when it’s a dream of the world it will a pleasure to watch it out.

Good orators can not do anything. OBAMA is a good orator.

Back bone of United States

We all know the present condition of all economies. Every nation is suffering from a big storm named recession. Even the so called supreme powers had no exception. United States said that, this recession was caused in their country because of skilled immigrants. Saying it in simple words, their employment got affected because of those who came from foreign countries like India, china, etc.

A recent survey reports that immigrants from India and likely countries are the founders of many engineering and technology firm, out of which they give employment to thousands and thousands every year.

A fact which makes me amaze is that nearly 25.3% of engineering and technology firm established since 1995 to 2005 are established by immigrants. A very sad note is that these immigrants are blamed for unemployment.

These firms have give more than $52 million in the year 2005 and it has also provided an employment to 4, 50,000 people. United states claim that these immigrants are the cause of this recession all over the world.

Excluding the Indian firms of 25.3% china contribute to a percentage of 6.9, United Kingdom 7.1%, Taiwan 5.8%. The report went on making me wonder struck with the following details.

Out of total skilled Indian immigrants;
46% have software firms and
44% have indulged them self in manufacturing units and related firms.

This report clearly points out how the growth of the United States has been in all these days. Skilled immigrants who invested their talent and skill are the only main reason for the betterment of the United States in my view.

It would be better for United States if they stop blaming other nations for their down fall and try to improve and improvise their skills in the work they do. It would be much wiser for all those immigrants to use their skills in their own nations.

Success Speech By Obama

Barack Obama today called on Americans to embrace a "new era of responsibility" and work with courage and selflessness to guide the United States through the economic crisis and back to a position of global leadership.

In an inspirational inaugural address after being sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, Mr Obama told the nation: "Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and begin again the work of remaking America."

He portrayed the United States as a country built on the sacrifice and hard work of immigrants, pioneers and slaves and said that a similar sense of sacrifice was called for now.

These are the original Words of Mr.Barack Obama after becoming US President on 20th Jan. 09

Inaugural Address

By President Barack Hussein Obama

My fellow citizens: I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you've bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors.

I thank President Bush for his service to our nation -- (applause) -- as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.

Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often, the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because we, the people, have remained faithful to the ideals of our forebears and true to our founding documents.

So it has been; so it must be with this generation of Americans.

That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost, jobs shed, businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly, our schools fail too many -- and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable, but no less profound, is a sapping of confidence across our land; a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, that the next generation must lower its sights.

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this America: They will be met. (Applause.)

On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord. On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn-out dogmas that for far too long have strangled our politics. We remain a young nation. But in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness. (Applause.)

In reaffirming the greatness of our nation we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of short-cuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted, for those that prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things -- some celebrated, but more often men and women obscure in their labor -- who have carried us up the long rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.

For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life. For us, they toiled in sweatshops, and settled the West, endured the lash of the whip, and plowed the hard earth. For us, they fought and died in places like Concord and Gettysburg, Normandy and Khe Sahn.

Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life. They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions, greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.

This is the journey we continue today. We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth. Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week, or last month, or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions -- that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America. (Applause.)

For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of our economy calls for action, bold and swift. And we will act, not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth. We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together. We'll restore science to its rightful place, and wield technology's wonders to raise health care's quality and lower its cost. We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories. And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age. All this we can do. All this we will do.

Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions, who suggest that our system cannot tolerate too many big plans. Their memories are short, for they have forgotten what this country has already done, what free men and women can achieve when imagination is joined to common purpose, and necessity to courage. What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them, that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply.

The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works -- whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account, to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day, because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.

Nor is the question before us whether the market is a force for good or ill. Its power to generate wealth and expand freedom is unmatched. But this crisis has reminded us that without a watchful eye, the market can spin out of control. The nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our gross domestic product, but on the reach of our prosperity, on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart -- not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good. (Applause.)

As for our common defense, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals. Our Founding Fathers -- (applause) -- our Founding Fathers, faced with perils that we can scarcely imagine, drafted a charter to assure the rule of law and the rights of man -- a charter expanded by the blood of generations. Those ideals still light the world, and we will not give them up for expedience sake. (Applause.)

And so, to all the other peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born, know that America is a friend of each nation, and every man, woman and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity. And we are ready to lead once more. (Applause.)

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with the sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

We are the keepers of this legacy. Guided by these principles once more we can meet those new threats that demand even greater effort, even greater cooperation and understanding between nations. We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan. With old friends and former foes, we'll work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet.

We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense. And for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken -- you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you. (Applause.)

For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness. We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus, and non-believers. We are shaped by every language and culture, drawn from every end of this Earth; and because we have tasted the bitter swill of civil war and segregation, and emerged from that dark chapter stronger and more united, we cannot help but believe that the old hatreds shall someday pass; that the lines of tribe shall soon dissolve; that as the world grows smaller, our common humanity shall reveal itself; and that America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace.

To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society's ills on the West, know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy. (Applause.)

To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history, but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist. (Applause.)

To the people of poor nations, we pledge to work alongside you to make your farms flourish and let clean waters flow; to nourish starved bodies and feed hungry minds. And to those nations like ours that enjoy relative plenty, we say we can no longer afford indifference to the suffering outside our borders, nor can we consume the world's resources without regard to effect. For the world has changed, and we must change with it.

As we consider the role that unfolds before us, we remember with humble gratitude those brave Americans who at this very hour patrol far-off deserts and distant mountains. They have something to tell us, just as the fallen heroes who lie in Arlington whisper through the ages.

We honor them not only because they are the guardians of our liberty, but because they embody the spirit of service -- a willingness to find meaning in something greater than themselves.

And yet at this moment, a moment that will define a generation, it is precisely this spirit that must inhabit us all. For as much as government can do, and must do, it is ultimately the faith and determination of the American people upon which this nation relies. It is the kindness to take in a stranger when the levees break, the selflessness of workers who would rather cut their hours than see a friend lose their job which sees us through our darkest hours. It is the firefighter's courage to storm a stairway filled with smoke, but also a parent's willingness to nurture a child that finally decides our fate.

Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends -- honesty and hard work, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism -- these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history.

What is demanded, then, is a return to these truths. What is required of us now is a new era of responsibility -- a recognition on the part of every American that we have duties to ourselves, our nation and the world; duties that we do not grudgingly accept, but rather seize gladly, firm in the knowledge that there is nothing so satisfying to the spirit, so defining of our character than giving our all to a difficult task.

This is the price and the promise of citizenship. This is the source of our confidence -- the knowledge that God calls on us to shape an uncertain destiny. This is the meaning of our liberty and our creed, why men and women and children of every race and every faith can join in celebration across this magnificent mall; and why a man whose father less than 60 years ago might not have been served in a local restaurant can now stand before you to take a most sacred oath. (Applause.)

So let us mark this day with remembrance of who we are and how far we have traveled. In the year of America's birth, in the coldest of months, a small band of patriots huddled by dying campfires on the shores of an icy river. The capital was abandoned. The enemy was advancing. The snow was stained with blood. At the moment when the outcome of our revolution was most in doubt, the father of our nation ordered these words to be read to the people:

"Let it be told to the future world...that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive... that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet [it]."

America: In the face of our common dangers, in this winter of our hardship, let us remember these timeless words. With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations.

Thank you. God bless you. And God bless the United States of America. (Applause.)
