In this competitive world English is a main language and is compulsory to learn. Today all the big companies, Why all the companies? the world is looking for persons whose spoken English is very strong rather his qualifications. At least for this reason we must be able to learn and Converse English with ease. Today in most of the countries English is must.But learning English in a non English country is always difficult. Here I suggest few of the best ways to improve the command over your language.

1)Go to the nearest library and lend books there. Read the books that you lend,reading books will help you to develop in your vocabulary.

2)Make use of the Internet you have.Internet has all the resources.If you want any word's meaning then surf the net and you will surely get the meanings.This will help you in learning the meanings of the new words that you come across.

3)You can go to the nearest CD shop and buy good English movies.Watching good English movies will improve your speaking skills and understand the language.Of course U can very well download it from Internet. For that you should know what are the new films coming up!! Be updated those things also. Get to know these things also by Googling it.

4)Always speak only in English with the people you interact.Speaking with people in English can gain you confidence and can also improve your speaking skills.

5)You can surf the net for English courses and join these courses.These courses will help you to learn English bit faster.

6)If someone corrects you then accept your mistake and learn it and don't repeat it.Try to gather as many materials as you can like CD , books, magazine etc.

7)You can watch English news. By doing this you can get updated with the day to day activities that is happening around you and you can also learn new words, and also read the English news paper. English news paper supports a lot for people learning English. you can find many Jargons and learn those jargons. 

8) In olden days people have to have a dictionary with them to know / learn some new words and their meanings. But today we have blessed with technology where people carry their dictionary softwares with them in their mobile phones. Android technology phones supports these kinda softwares. You can get it from Android Markets for free.

9)Take a dictionary and look up at least five new words daily and also know the meanings of the word. This can improve your writing skills.Make up your mind to learn at least 5 New English Words a day.

10)Go in front of a mirror and choose a topic and speak about it in your own words. This will gain you confidence which is one of the main aspects to improve your English. This will also enhance your speaking skill.

All these ways will lead you to successful Improvisation of your English Language. you can lead anybody once you are done with all above points. People are born mad. No body knows anything and everything right from their child hood. Everything comes only by practice. Always Remember this: "Practice Makes Man Perfect"

                   Do you all know that there is new social networking website called GOOGLE+? Obviously Every one should know!! Great! Still you are not Aware of it??? Read this on. .

Google yet again tries to challenge the Facebook domination. Google has created a network called Google Plus like Facebook and Orkut. But you can’t join this unless and until you get an invite from your friends who are in Google Plus. If you are already in another social networking website then you must have known already the way in which G+ works.
BUT GOOGLE PLUS IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITES.

There have been question marks about your privacy if you are in a social networking websites but Google removes it. Creating groups is available in goggle plus and these are called as circles. If you want to show content only to your friends you can do it. So the privacy problem is solved. There is a, +1 button here where you can approve your contacts post it’s just like the ‘like’ button in Facebook.

It’s too boring to search for your friends or for your family’s posts. So Google has created a thing called streams. It’s just like categories where you will have friends, family, acquaintances, following under that.
Google will soon create apps for Google plus in android. The application will include circles, streams, multimedia and sparks .It is expected that Google plus will soon create some games which won’t be boring.

You can see a button on the left side called more in your welcome page. If you click that you can see, Google reader. It lets you subscribe to your favourite websites so new content comes to you when it's posted. It’s like a magazine that you can design.
Google sites- here you can create your own website for free. No html required. There is customisable look and feel, and there are settings for accessing and sharing information.
So there are advantages and it is also new and innovative in its ideas.so don’t forget to ask your friends to send you an invite. Join Google Plus and enjoy!!

Can you be a guarantor? Asses yourself !!!

           If u have the ability to repay the loan amount, then accept yourself as guarantor. Why is it so?? Read on...

                    A Guarantor is a respectable person for both the parties of the contract. Generally a guarantor is required for availing any loans from any person. Assuming a bank gives a housing loan to a person, who sanctions a loan of Rs.15,00,000/- bank has to take due care to get that amount back from the Customers. One of the tools which the financial institution executes is Guarantor.

What does a Guarantor do actually?

                      Physically a guarantor is made to sign a document which runs 20 to 25 pages and he is supposed to sign the documents before the officials of the financial institutions. He generally signs in 10 to 15 columns, generally people does not read what it actually says. What those documents says is that if the borrower fails to repay the full amount or part amount or any of the amounts borrowed including interest,

the guarantor undertakes to pay those dues fully by him which has been accepted on behalf of the officials of the financial institutions. Therefore from the day of signing he may be made liable for the whole amount borrowed of part of the amount what so ever be if the original borrower fails

By this action, the financial institution gets a sturdy assurance towards their money lent. The Banks or other financial institutions has the right to regain the property (if loan is taken for house) or has the right to get back their loan amount for sure irrespective of the receiver of the loan. They may get either from the borrower or from the guarantor.

Actions towards guarantor:

                  The guarantor is bind by the actions of the borrower when the borrower fails to repay. Therefore the guarantor is held liable. If u really know all these facts and if you are supported with Money at your back end, u can proceed towards guaranteeing a person. If not you will be falling in trench.

Hereafter be alert when you sign any document. Signature acts as a sole proof of accepting. Therefore be careful while u sign anywhere at any time. This is not only for a guarantor, but for all who is not aware of any of these things.

Now, what is the assessment result??

Reverting back is another task which people might not know. According to the provision laid, a guarantor can revoke at any time if he wishes not to continue as a guarantor. But generally the financial institutions will release the guarantor only when he gets a substitute or only when he satisfies that his money lent, will be back without fooling them. Be careful in these issues.

In Excel you might have come across the words "CELL", "ROW", "COLUMN" etc. As many of you know that there were 65000 rows and 256 Columns in Microsoft Excel2003.
As Shown Below:

In Microsoft Excel 2007 we have many rows and columns than that of 03. The total no. of Rows are 1048576 and total no. of columns are 16384.

The Question is:
The total no. of rows are easily visible and its directly shown in Excel workbook.

In the similar Lines how to view the no. Of Rows in Numbers. Usually it displays only in Alphabets only. like A,B,C,.... UPTO XFD. Its difficult to Count each and every Row. So to know how many Rows are there we need a numerical display alike Columns. How to change these Alphabets to Numbers?



Lets See how to Bring Nos. instead of Alphabets. Its very Simple but many people may not know.

Go to Excel options by clicking the Office Button.



You will see an inner window showing Excel options.
In that click on the formulas tab which is situated towards left in that window.
In that formulas tab You will find an option called R1C1reference Style. (shown below)

It will not be enabled by default. now tick that R1C1 Reference Style and you are done.

After Doing this your Excel Sheet will be as shown below.

Easy exit route for defunct unlisted cos

NEW DELHI: The government on Friday introduced a scheme that would facilitate easy exit for unlisted companies willing to wind up their defunct businesses. A defunct company is one whose business is lying in a dormant state.

The new scheme will give such companies an opportunity to get their names struck off from the rolls of Registrar of Companies (RoC). The scheme, however, does not apply to listed entities, organisations formed not for profit, vanishing companies or firms facing investigation or prosecution.


According to the new scheme, which has been made open from May 30 to August 31 this year, any defunct company willing to get its name struck off from RoC will make an application without fee in a form electronically to the ministry’s portal. The application will have to be submitted along with a statement of accounts among others, it said.

“It will be an incentive for companies that want an easy exit. If they file it between the period, they will not have to go through strenuous procedure, fill forms, will not have to give explanations,” minister for corporate affairs Salman Khurshid said.

As per the existing policy, companies require to give various details and get no-objection certificates from different authorities and regulators for winding up their businesses. The process is lengthy and consumes a lot of time before name of a dormant business gets deleted from the rolls of the RoC. According to available data, over 10% of the seven lakh registered companies in India are defunct. This means that the scheme opens up a gateway for around 70,000 defunct firms to formally close down their business.
